Good versus evil theme.
This is the second installment of the Dacia Wolf Series.
I loved Dacia and The Prophecy so I was excited to read the next book in the series.
After her last encounter with Nefarious Dacia, our Main Character, thought things would go back to normal. However, Draconian, the Dragon Lord, had a different idea.
He wanted Nefarious’ power and the only one who could give him that was Dacia. Things became more and more difficult for our main character and her friends as the story moved forward.
Brilliant character development. I continued to love Cody’s love for Dacia and how much she loves him through this book, as for all her friends, the author gives them an auric mystical description that gave me the warm fuzzies. I just loved it!
Also, the author introduces here new and interesting friends from a mythical realm that made this story so much more exciting. There is a Pegasus and many dragons. The landscaping and description are dreamy.
I like how Dacia’s new mysterious mentor approached her. One would think having powers and a good teacher the entire plot would be solved in 1-2-3 but there are so many twists and unforeseen turns that took me for a wild ride.
Although the struggles for her are difficult, her premonitions and dreams came with a very high price tag. Higher stakes were at play in this book. Life and death.
I don’t want to spoil the story for you but I have to say I couldn’t put the book down.
Dacia’s journey of discovery and trials captured my imagination once again.
The book is well written with no grammatical errors. This is a very clean and entertaining fantasy story. I highly recommend it for young teens, your adults, or just young at heart.
I am already looking for the next adventure Dacia Wolf and the Fallen Prince.
